What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
We also accept cryptocurrency through Coinbase Commerce and Solana Pay—because we’re all about the future.
Is it safe to shop on your site?
Definitely. Our store runs on Shopify and uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your personal and payment info secure. We never store your credit card details.
How do crypto payments work?
At checkout, just select Coinbase Commerce or Solana Pay as your payment method. You’ll be guided through a quick and secure process to complete your transaction using your preferred wallet.
Crypto payments are final and non-refundable, so double-check your cart before completing your order!
Can I use more than one payment method?
You can only use one payment method per order. If you'd like to use a combo (e.g. gift card + crypto or credit card), reach out to us at support@doodles.app, and we’ll try to help.
Why was my payment declined?
Here are a few common reasons:
- Billing info doesn't match your bank records
- Card expired
- Bank flagged the transaction

I was charged, but didn’t get a confirmation email. What now?
Check your spam/junk folder first. Still nothing? Email us at support@doodles.app with your full name and the email used at checkout—we’ll track it down ASAP.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide! If you're having trouble checking out due to location, reach out to support@doodles.app and we’ll do our best to assist.
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, and shipping time depends on your location and the method you select at checkout. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
During product drops or high-volume times, fulfillment may take a little longer—thanks for your patience!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do our best to keep costs fair and transparent.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us at support@doodles.app.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes within the U.S., depending on the shipping method you choose.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Oh no! If something’s gone wrong with your delivery, email us right away at support@doodles.app with your order number and details. We’ll make it right.
Why are taxes and customs fees higher at checkout?
Due to international tariffs, you may see a higher charge than normal for import taxes or duties. These fees are set by your country's customs agency and are out of our control.
